This listing shows hobby-warehouse.com, but they are the same company as hobbywarehouse.com. They are shady to say the least. I called and spoke to someone about an order that hadn't shipped (5 days after ordering). I asked them to cancel. I was put on hold while she contacted the "warehouse." She told me they hadn't picked it yet and that she would cancel it. 6 days later, I received the order. I called and spoke to Jessica Bryant. She said I had to pay to ship it back and they would not refund me for shipping in either direction. The few dollars I saved in the past do not make up for the slow ship times and the money I lost on this screw up.

Shipping is overpriced and SLOW. They didn't ship my item out until 7 days after I placed the order. They charged me $7 shipping for something weighing 2 oz and sent in an envelope.

I have ordered twice from ProFlowers. Both times, the flowers were not delivered on time. I gave them a unique email address when I placed my order. I am now getting SPAM at that address. They sell your information to other companies and spammers.
