FCP Euro is, in my opinion, a great source for Volvo parts.
I needed a somewhat esoteric (OEM) transmission solenoid, and FCP Euro had the OEM part at a better than OEM pricing.
FCP Euro demonstrated VERY FAST order processing, handling and shipping of this part. This surprised me, as I often find that some internet vendor’s idea of '3 day shipping', ends up being:
1. Several days for the vendor to pick the part… +
2. Several days to tag it to the order and box it… +
3. Several days for the shipping company to receive it, log it and queue it… +
4. Finally, the '3 day shipping’ for which you paid…
5. EQUALS = Receiving your purchase often a week or more AFTER you placed the order (for an ‘in stock’ item).
FCP EURO will definitely be on my vendor short list for Volvo parts.
Lastly, I did receive a follow-up email regarding this purchase (which I find to be great Customer Support), and they did ask…
