Ordered the wrong thing. Ali was great and immediately issued me a full refund. Then was helpful in getting me what I needed and then he tested it before sending it out. He was also excellent at answering emails promptly. A+ service and I've dealt with dozens of supply houses.

Excellent shopping experence. Was worried about reading one of the reviews, but memorydepot.com was terrific: got my memory just as they said. Told me up front what was in stock. I would suggest calling them to confirm stuff. Shipped next day. Fedex customs held up for 1 day, but following day it arrived. You may not get overnight because of customs.

I've used them for years. They used to be terrific but service has really slipped in the past year. Twice now they've billed my credit card and the merchandise never arrived. I've just had to cancel my last order and ask for a refund after waiting 10 days for a couple of cartridges that were supposed to be in stock.
