I ordered a Lian Li (PC-C50-B) All Aluminum Multi-Media Desktop / HTPC Case on 1/2/12, probably in the evening. They had the best price by far for this product. The very next day they emailed me that they couldn't sell it at that price. I didn't see the email, but within 1/2 hour they wrote me back ans apologized and said the they of course would honor that price and ship the package that day. They even called me and left a VM to that effect. WOW, I am impressed by that level of concern for customer service. Of course I'm happy that they sold me the product at the advertised price, but more importantly, they really worked fast to correct a mistake that they made. The product arrived in good condition and very fast. I would not hesitate to do business with Sundial Micro in the future. They have INTEGRITY and that makes me have TRUST.Thank you very much
