Ordered a Shuttle barebone system with RAM and CPU installed on Monday morning. Arrived on Tuesday with the tech notes. Installed with no errors and had the latest bios. What's not to like? I haven't had to deal with RMA or customer service, so I can't address those issue's.

Stay away from these people. My order was wrong and they acted like it wasn't their fault! They would not make it right...so I had to call my credit card company to have the charge contested. Ongoing...
