This happened over the course of a weekend while their tech support offices were closed - they are only open from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM out here on the West Coast, which is really inconvenient for a lot of us - so I couldn\u0027t call them about it until Monday, by which time it had stopped and everything seemed to be fine. It has since started up again. <br><br>The head of their tech support office is now on the case and helping me try to resolve it. I\u0027ll update this review as things get resolved.
