I ordered a wireless Router (BEFW11S4)from this company. According to their website, they had them in stock. It was the first time I had ordered from Ajump. I placed the order on the morning of 5/28/02. Later in the afternoon, I received an email requesting verification that I had placed the order. I sent them a reply to confirm that I did place the order. Received a reply later saying that the product will be shipped that same day (5/28). On 5/30, I sent an email requesting a confirmation that the item had been shipped. They didn't reply to my email. The Router didn't arrive today (5/31) so I called to confirm the shipping date. I was told that it had not been shipped yet due to late arrival but would probably go out today. Hmmm, strange, the website has always indicated they were already in stock. I cancelled the order. This is my first and last experience with this company. I wont deal with company's that dont answer emails or keep me updated on the status of my order.
