Their price for alarm monitoring services is great, but their email support is terrible. On two different occasions, I sent emails requesting help with a problem. After several emails and several days, they finally replied, only after I threatened to terminate my account. Some of the emails were for a problem I was having renewing the service for a year online. Their payment website evidentially was having a problem and wouldn't accept my renewal. I sent 3 or 4 emails requesting help with the problem and finally got a reply after threatening to close my acct. As I mentioned before prices are great, support is terrible.

They immediately charged my credit card even though the item was not in stock. Their website indicated the item would be in stock on 7/21/11. On that day I received an email from them stating that it would not be shipped until approx. 8/18/11. I have requested a cancellation of the order and a refund to my credit card. I will never order from this company again.

I purchase two security system from this store, one for my parents and one for myself. I also purchased a PowerLink module for my security system. I had problems connecting with the Visonic servers, so I call Home Security Store's tech support. They seemed to be having a problem finding a solution to the problem. I was told that they were expecting a power outage and had to hang up the phone but would call me back later. I never received a call back, so I sent an email. I never received a reply to the email. Don't expect their tech support to follow through with any problems. I won't do business with them again.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this company. The shipping was very fast the first time but on my 2nd order, they didn't ship until 8/5 even though I ordered on 7/30. The package arrived on 8/8. This didn't set well with my customer, since they expected it sooner as I had promised. I'm used to dealing with company's that ship the same day or next day. Not sure right now if I'll order from this company again or not. May give them one more try.

I've been ordering motherboards and processors from them for several years. Great company to do business with. Good prices and fast shipping. I have no complaints about them.

I will never do business with this company again. I purchased 3 motherboards in October of 2001. All 3 motherboards failed in 3 seperate systems that I had sold to a business. It has been 6 weeks since I shipped them the first defective motherboard and still haven't received a replacement. Now they say they wont honor the warranty on the 3rd motherboard because they didn't receive it before the one year warranty period even though I shipped it before the expire date with the RMA number that they gave me. Beware in dealing with this company if you ever have defective parts. I've learned my lesson.

I ordered a wireless Router (BEFW11S4)from this company. According to their website, they had them in stock. It was the first time I had ordered from Ajump. I placed the order on the morning of 5/28/02. Later in the afternoon, I received an email requesting verification that I had placed the order. I sent them a reply to confirm that I did place the order. Received a reply later saying that the product will be shipped that same day (5/28). On 5/30, I sent an email requesting a confirmation that the item had been shipped. They didn't reply to my email. The Router didn't arrive today (5/31) so I called to confirm the shipping date. I was told that it had not been shipped yet due to late arrival but would probably go out today. Hmmm, strange, the website has always indicated they were already in stock. I cancelled the order. This is my first and last experience with this company. I wont deal with company's that dont answer emails or keep me updated on the status of my order.
