She needed the book in a short time frame for a book report. Well we should have just gone with ebay. She purchased the book in early January and it was shipped quickly, January 13th, and arrived promptly. <br>But it was the wrong book. No where near what she had ordered. I took the liberty of returning the book for her by mail because we don\u0027t have a car or a Barnes and Noble near us. I returned the book following all proper instructions for mail returns and sent it out only a few days after receiving it. It\u0027s February 21st and we have no book, nor has there been any help, and the her book report is almost due on a book that she hasn\u0027t been able to read yet.
