The payment was taken out of my account the same day I ordered. I have called them and gotten the \u0022high call volume, please e-mail us\u0022 message (absolutely no human cotact). I\u0027ve e-mailed them twice and so far haven\u0027t received a reply. After reading some of the prior reviews, I\u0027m pissed at the hassle this is apparently going to be to resolve.
