I recently ordered a Grecian three tiered swimming pool fountain.

I paid a minimum charge for a pool techinition to install it but he could not do so as none of the fittings, plugs, threaded circular, threaded plastic part to run from my water source to the hose leading to the fountain were a correct fit. In addition, none of the plugs to block circulation fit (too large) in their places throughout the pool. Finally, there were not enough of these plugs for my pool.

As instructed on the website and the accompanying instructions, I called the company to exchange these parts. The response I received was that there are "no refunds" . I told the gentleman that I was not asking for a refund, just the promised parts. I am quite upset that this employee was rude and unwilling to represent the product as advertised.

After lots of back and forth he sent me an email asking for a list of what I needed. I need 10 smaller plugs, a larger threaded part to thread into my pool so it can be connected to the hose to the fountain.
