I purchased 2 cases and holsters at the beginning of March. The holsters are great, but the cases are JUNK, so I returned them (after finding a different case that fit the holster and was MUCH better quality.) I got my RMA #, mailed the cases back at my expense, and waited for a refund to show up on my credit card. The cases were mailed on 3/16 and I still haven't heard a peep from them. I followed up on 3/29, never heard back, and then sent them an email on 4/1 stating that if I didn't hear back by the end of the day I would dispute the charge with my credit card company.
As of today, 4/5, I still haven't heard a peep from Seidio and have filed the dispute. All I can say is that their customer service is HORRIBLE and I will never purchase from them again.
