Great time on the shipment. Ordered on a Tuesday and had it Friday. Not impressed, at all, with the quality of "refurbished" items. I ordered a KX300.1 amp and when i received it i noticed that it honestly looks like it just came out of somebody's car. Item is very dusty (which is not good for electronics) and vents on top are bent and rusted (sign of water, also not good for electronics). Also i opened the case of the amp to verify the integrity of the electronics and I can see black suit on the lid (as if something has blown up inside the amp) I am just very dissatisfied with the quality of products that they are sending out and have not been able to hook up yet so i can only pray that this item works
added @ 12:51: Chris, thank you for you're concern. I did not post this review to "put you guys down" but instead to inform the next customer of the possible condition. The description on the product was unclear on the condition or possibility of blemishes. Also, the factory package was opened and my other item was placed in the same box, so i believe somebody from you're company did see the front of the amp and, in fact, laid another product on the said damaged area of the casing. I am not interested in returning or anything of that nature due to the possible loss in monetary value and i can repair the damages. That being said, I will use this as a learning experience and would suggest that others read before you buy as that was my intention for this review.

I am very sorry that the product arrived in that condition for you. Please be aware we are not the manufacturer of this product, nor are we the ones who refurbish it. We get these products directly from the manufacturer pre-boxed and ship them out to you. We can understand that sometimes the manufacturer may make a mistake in sending something out to us. As these are refurbished units they can come with some cosmetic defects, but should be in 100% working condition.
