When I went on the website for instructions for returns, it was noted that cell phone accessories are not returnable. Once I spoke directly with CE Showroom, it was stated that this was noted to reduce fraudulent returns. CE Showroom credited my credit card with the purchase price as well as shipping and even went further and mailed me a FedX label to return the item so that I would not be out-of-pocket on any expense. I will definitely recommend CE Showroom to my friends & family. Thanks CE Showroom for going above and beyond with customer service.
