FrozenCPU carries a large variety of products and were one of the very few to carry what I wanted. It was shipped fast and securely and arrived on time. My only gripe if you can call it that is the what I bought was sold at little to no discount. They must know they are one of the few who sell it and that is a specialized item and sell it at dead list. While NOT a deal breaker obviously it would have been nice to get a serious discount on it. :-) Over all if they have what I want and its the right price I would do business with again. I was more than pleased

The order was delivered in one business day and that was great. What made this a great transaction though was the fact that just hours after I ordered the part, the price dropped $10.00.
After an email politely asking for the difference in a credit, it was swiftly granted. This is customer service above and beyond what almost anyone else would do.
