I ordered a USB male-to-male cable and instead received a male-to-female (extension) cable. I tried to arrange for return, and I was not even offered reimbursement of return shipping charges until I specifically requested it (it was THEIR mistake!). Further, I had specific questions about filling out the return form--the invoice number wasn't listed on any of my electronic receipts (only the Amazon.com order number), yet this information is supposedly required for a return. Despite asking this question and sending 3 follow-up emails, the company failed to provide an answer, and instead responded with the same generic automated reply each time.
Here is the final message I sent to eforcity, to which I received NO RESPONSE:
"This is my 4th inquiry about the INVOICE NUMBER for my order, which I am trying to return due to a mistake on the seller's end. I no longer have the original packaging that had the "INVOICE NUMBER" on it. I do have the Amazon.com order #. (104-2562525-7703440) Can you please provide me with the INVOICE NUMBER for my order so I can proceed with the return?"
This lack of customer support is completely unacceptable. I will never again purchase from this seller.
