Good relationship and generally happy. This last purchase mismatched TV and mount. Had to return. Customer service was good, but sent wrong label and UPS would not accept. Had to make second call to get correct mailing label. Then had to make a special trip to mail package back. Sales process is good, prices can be good at times, RMA process needs work.
