First time that I ever used this store. Purchase went smooth and I received what I ordered without a hitch and on time. Bought for a gift and almost 30 days later was opened and had a problem with a part. I called over a weekend and left a message. At 8:25Am the next morning a guy named Shawn called. He did not question me in the least and sent out a new part the next day. Well I received it not much over 24 hours later and my system works fine. I have purchased a lot of things but this purchase was one of the smartest that I have made. The customer service that I received is by far the best I have ever encountered.
