The power button on it recently broke. I called BenQ and gave them the serial number of the unit and they said the unit had been repaired a few months before it was sold to me and is refurbished.<br><br>So EnterComputers.com sold me a refurbished model when I paid for a new one, which is deceptive and fraudulent. “Our customer purchased the item over 18 months ago. Monitor was sold as "Manufacturer Refurbished" with full 1 year manufacture warranty. We offered help even after 18 months but customer refused. We believe customer just overlooked the condition.”
