I ordered a $750.00 GPS from this company on July 12. By, August 1st, I finally filed a claim with BYSAFE against them for a full refund. No tracking numbers, no one answers their phone, email upon email with no reply, no refund, no nothing.

After BUYSAFE contacted these guys, they finally decided to ship my GPS. By now, all I wanted was my money back. But, nonetheless, it arrived on August 12th. A full month after I ordered it.

The ad claimed it was brand new factory sealed. What I got was a box with no factory seal on it and no warranty card and no owners manual. Obviously, this was a refurbished item.

Again, I contacted BUYSAFE to get my refund and figure out how I return this piece of junk and settle this mess. Digital4Cheap sent a response through BUYSAFE saying they only sell brand new product. I know refurbished when I see it, I used to work with dealers in that industry myself.

So, now I have to wait God only knows how much longer before this whole mess is cleared up.

And by the way, after I got tired of waiting for this item and started doing some research, I found that absolutely everyone else sells this item for under 450 dollars.

So, they aren't cheap, thier shipping is attrocious, they don't sell as advertized and now I'm caught up with all kinds of hassles over this company!

Do yourselves a favor, take a ride to Best Buy and save yourselves the aggravation.
