No phone call, no email, no update as to the status of the order or any type of missive informing me the order had been canceled. I called to find out why, and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called back, finally got a live person, Tony, who put me on hold again for another 20 minutes. Hung up and called back, finally after 6 minutes on hold got a live person who informed me the order, was indeed canceled.
