I bought 2 item of SAMSUNG WEP490 BUNDLE RTL and Team 8GB Micro SDHC Flash Card Model TG008G0MC24A, for $24.99 including free shipping, and as I'm a ShopRunner member, so it's Free 2 Days Shipping.
After I placed the order, I received an email from newegg.com saying that my order was out of stock.
But few days later, my order arrived, but only first item which is Samsung Bluetooth WEP490, and after few days waiting for the other item, I want to make sure if newegg.com (USA) will send the other item or not, so I emailed the CS of newegg.com, but NO answer or NO respond.
SO, 4 days later, I emailed again the CS newegg.com, again, NO response or NO news regarding my second item.
Finally, I claim for refund of the item, and they issued me the RMA number, but I have to send the item to them with my expense.
As I am the member of ShopRunner, I can get the Free shipping to send the package back to newegg, BUT this order, is not the list of ShopRunner, because its not registered in their system.
So I wrote the email to ShopRunner, why this order is not in their system, as when I placed the order, I chosed 2 days shipping with ShopRunner, but this order is not sent from ShopRunner.
Then I wrote this issue by giving review in MeasureUp, and the next step, again I wrote the email CS newegg.com, not about my order but WHY this order is not sent by Shoprunner, and also, I mentioned about the issue, and tell them, this is not my fault, and also I placed the order with Shoprunner, and WHY I should pay the shipping in order to return the goods.
This time, ( I guess, its my lucky day) CS wrote me the email by giving free return shipping to them, and I returned the order to them today.
I used to regular newegg.com (USA), and return customer, so far, I dont know that I dealt with bad, bad, and really bad newegg.com (USA) as internet seller, especially, their Customer Service. I am really sorry for them.
Hopefully, I can get the full refund (as they emailed to me, they will refund the full refund,) because I have already sent back the order. Bad, bad, bad www.newegg.com (USA) as internet seller, no more get to know and deal with them any more, so bad, bad, bad newegg.com (USA).
