I would like to commend Ray on a job well done under trying circumstances that were not his fault.
I ordered 2 Aprilair #104 filters from WaterAFilters in August. When UPS delivered the box a few days later, very fast shipping from Ray, the box looked like someone had sat on it. I emailed Ray at 9:30pm and by 2:00pm the next day I had a reply. I filed the claim with UPS and Ray sent two new filters right away. Unfortunately the same clown at UPS decided to use the new box as a lounge chair and the two new ones were bent. I emailed Ray again to let him know that these filters were damaged too and he told me he would refund my money. I have received my refund through paypal.
Ray got back to me very quickly each time I wrote him and did what he said he would do, first sending replacement filters right away and then sending me a refund.
I feel that Ray went above and beyond by sending replacements and refunding my money.
