I have to give the lowest rating in all categorys.

I was unable to buy sth there. That's not the worst thing.

First order: I did checkout with paypal, the did not accept it, as shipping adress was not confirmed, at least i was informed about it.

Second order: I did checkout with google. The item was not shipped out. I did not get any answer on my 4 emails. Some days later google checkout showed the order as cancelled. No indformation, no email, no response to my emails. How is that possible?

If you read this techforless, order 1392831, still want to know what was the problem.
