Well I have had an OK experience so far. When I order the pc (3/21/08) I had a Credit Card Problem it was declined. Knowing instantly what happened; I called the card company and got them to resolve it so I could reorder. It took 5 business days to get that fixed so I could reorder, “Never use different shipping from billing addresses”, and did on March 28 2008. Not a problem and not cyber powers, and they stayed patient with me while I got the card company to approve.
While we waited for the new computer, day 10 of the build came around I received an E-mail at the end of the day, unfortunately saying the motherboard we had picked was discontinued. Im a mechanic, so I know step one on an engine build is get the engine block, and I would figure on a computer build step one or two would be get the motherboard but like said im a mechanic. It was somewhat of a good hiccup cause when I checked the invoice the cpu I had ordered was the wrong one so when I called to resolve the issue Bobby, my sales rep, not only helped me pick a new motherboard they also helped change my cpu.
They Have been good so far but it would seam they kind of procrastinate and don’t pay attention to detail very well because when I made my order they never answered my question if the new computer would work fine with my old hard drive that has the Vista operating system. The only other complaint is that they do not update their order status site because my estimated ship date is still 4/3/2008 so hmm.

UPDATE
Well I recieved my PC on April 25 2008 and have been running everything I have to test its abilities. I couldnt be happier!!! It runs Great and FAST, aside from the build isues I have not had another. They Gave me the EVGA Graphics cards and upgraded me to 3 day shipping because of the initial problems. A pretty nice way to say sorry for the trouble if you ask me. I would recomend them to any one. Thanks CYBERPOWER I am extreamly satisfied with my new pc.
