Ordered a Barebone System on Saturday Feb, 21st. Decided to add the Ultra cooling heatsink Monday and they did that for me with no problems. PC shipped Thursday the 26th and I received it Monday March 2nd. Case, Motherboard, CPU and RAM were all installed. The memory card reader and hard drive were also installed. They included all the parts in bags and all the original boxes were included. Only thing they forgot to do was to hook up the top and back fans but that was an easy fix. Overall I was extremely satisfied with their services. I would order again in the future when I need a new PC.

Ordered 2 AMD 64 X2 4800+'s on Monday 7/24. Called and inquired on the shipping date because I needed them by the end of the week. Was told Tuesday or Wednesday. I had selected 3 day ground. Called back to upgrade to 2nd day air at the insistance of my friend who one of the processors was for. Called Tuesday and was told it wouldn't ship till Wednesday but they bumped my shipping up to next day air for FREE! What else can be said. A+ business and would definitely order from them again.

Ordered a bunch of stuff and got it all in great shape and I am very please. They forgot to send an accessory pack but are sending that after I told them I didn't get it. Very easy people to work with.

I ordered a DVD-ROM drive on Saturday the 14th of May and it shipped Monday the 16th and I received it the 17th! So suffice it to say I am very happy with Neutron Express...

Order 2 100 spindle 52X TDK CDR's and received them in 4 days, not too bad! They also take Paypal which is a nice thing!

I ordered "Ritek Ridata 200-Pack 48x CD-R Silver Matte" because they had the prices for so cheap and free shipping. Well they canceled my original order and sent me an email saying I could reorder, so I stupidly reordered with this company. The free shipping took 7 days and when I got the cdr's they were stacked on top of each other in 100 cd lots and shrink wrapped. These discs appear to be Ritek rejects and are all scratched up and for the most part unusable. The stores return policy of course excludes the return of blank media. The only thing that turned out right with these people were the 200 windowed cd sleeves. Those will work great with the 200 CDR's I just ordered from a good online store... Never again will these people get my business!
