HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I placed an order for 2 gifts on kmart.com and paid through my paypal account. The site redirected me to paypal.com multiple times then stating I had an address problem. In actuality I had a kmart problem which I found out when I called. They charged my account 3 separate times for the same 2 items. The representative told me that their site is experiencing problems so that is why, then said that she could process my order for me if I gave her my card number. I told her that I would risks my kids Christmas with their competition. Now I have to wait for the bank to post a provisional credit. How many people has the website screwed? Kmart does not think enough of us to give us a courtesy message, so I no longer think of spending my money with them.
