I am still waiting for ANY information about my installation date for tile purchased March 11, 20013. I have [placed at least six calls and have spoken to staff: Joe, Tracy, Bill, and Kimberly. I have also left three (3) message for the EXPEDITER named Danielle at ext 454, who as of March 25, has yet to call me back. And this is an expediter??!!!!!

I have asked to speak to a manager twice and yet to speak to one-- mind you, this is just to get info on an installation! Just the name of the installer or an idea of what is happening to the tile. It is fine if the tile is not in yet... just lease tell me!!!!

Suffice it to say I am SO ANGRY at the poor level of service provided by Home Depot. I think staff are trying their best, but my guess is that the managerial culture there is so bad that the staff are overwhelmed.

I give Home Depot the lowest score I possibly can and suggest you think long and hard before doing business with these folks.

I am more than willing to revise this review on the slim possibility somebody actually gets back to me in the nest week or so. By then it will have been a month since my order.

I await the miracle....
