I don’t know where all this negative experience is coming from I had a great experience and would use this company again.
I ordered a hard drive for my 10 year old Sony Vaio, they sent me out the exact replacement, a New Hitachi HD and it was in the sealed Hitachi anti-static bag. The Hard Drive performed flawlessly for one day and then died (That is not their doing it was Hitachi’s)
I made a phone call and was greeted by a very courteous Staff member, she took my information and said they would get back to me a few hours later they did and here is an excerpt from the e-mail:
Thank you for contacting Impact Computers.We have received your inquiry regarding Order Number: 490546(DK23BA-15 - 15 GB Hard Drive - Quantity 1 - $29.95 Per Unit)
Impact Computers apologizes for the inconvenience this may have caused, we will send you a replacement.
No RMA (Return Authorization Number) will be issued since the part(s) no longer needs to be returned.
We appreciate your patience and hope to continue to serve you in the future.

I thought I was going to have to ship this back, No I didn’t have to and they shipped another one right away, I will Highly recommend them, sometimes the problem lies with the Customer.
I work with hundreds of Guests at our Resorts in Customer Relations rectifying problems and I find it is all about Attitude
This is the first place I’ll look for parts and the first place I’ll recommend. I'm a Happy Camper.
