Customer Service is terrible, each time I talk to someone they say something different than the last person. I ordered Christmas gifts from them with monogramming and I received an email 1.5 weeks after the order that they would be shipped in January. That is 45 days from my order date and they will not cancel the order. I spoke with someone the day I received the email and she said I would get receive a refund in 5-7 days and today when I called they refused the refund and would not discuss the prior call I had with their Customer Service representative. I would not trust anything they say over the phone - make sure you get everything in writing.
