Their pricing seems reasonable. the only time I dealt withthe tech staff he was helpful. i have found that heir lowend systems are reliable but lowend and their highend systems reliable but better quality. You get what you pay for. I am currently rebuilding an e-machine which had a fried motherboard. This was low end junk.
