Customer support (very friendly) contacted me after placing my order to confirm the color of the product I wanted since--for some reason--their website didn't save an option.

Very friendly and helpful, however. The CSR finalized my order very quickly after replying to their e-mail, and my product shipped out shortly thereafter.

Placed an order for a ginger bread house. Yes, you read correctly... A delicate, fragile ginger bread house through the company. Ordered as a gift to be delivered before Christmas, I truly thought that it would arrive in pieces. Shipped overnight for delivery on Christmas Eve, not only did the box arrive in one piece--but so did the ginger bread house!

Despite the company's outrageously high prices, the gift service that they offer is unparalleled in my mind. I was highly impressed by the company's ability to not only quickly get my order to me, but to get it to me whole and intact.

To offset the company's high prices, be on the lookout for online coupons. Many exist and can make the company look much more attractive in terms of affordability for last-minute gifts.

Ordered two T-Shirts from the site. Received them quickly and without any problems.

The site used to have some trouble displaying on certain web browser and at certain resolutions, but they appear to have fixed the problem. Make sure you can load the support/contact pages on the site before ordering incase you later have a problem. Though, they do include an e-mail address and phone number in their e-mailed order confirmation.

Impressed by the relative quickness at which an order can be delivered. Even if not near an Office Depot, the site is more than willing to ship an order expediently by another shipping service to get it there by the delivery date.

Very smooth transaction with no problems encountered at all. Quick delivery with good service.

Ordered only a pack of DVD discs, but the order was quickly processed and shipped.

Unfortunately, the front of a jewel case on one of the DVD discs was cracked. I am unsure how this happened, but I would assume in-transit. The DVD disc was not harmed in any way though.

Other than that there were no problems with the order.

I've placed many orders through Staples.com and have never encountered a problem with the company. While the website is a bit unintuitive and can be downright frustrating at times, once an order is placed Staples does a great job at making sure it is delivered by the delivery date.

A good and trustworthy company to do business with. No problems redeeming mail-in-rebates, and no problems at all with shipping. Great place to rely on for quick and easy delivery of office-type technology products.

Ordered a replacement set of front speakers for my car's original audio system. Very impressed by how fast the speakers were delivered and the included items. Everything I needed to install the speakers was included with the shipment--including detailed pictures of the entire installation process.

A great place to turn to for car audio equipment--especially if you need all of the accessories and a detailed set of instructions.

Over the years, I've had many successful orders delivered through 1800flowers.com--quickly and on-time. With that said the company did manage to "lose" one of my orders, with the flowers never being delivered to the recipient. Customer service was able to quickly resolve the problem though.

While losing one order out of the many placed over the years isn't bad, I believe the service consistently depends on the local florists contacted by 1800flowers.com to make their deliveries. At least for me, the florist selected was not "nearby" and came from a store I had never heard of.

Even with their problems, 1800flowers.com can generally be trusted to deliver a beautiful arrangement of flowers to their destination on-time. The many online coupons available also help to defray some of the (normal) expensive costs of flowers.

I've had many successful dealing with Outpost--in the present and in the past. From ordering a large monitor, to the latest piece of software, to a DDR dance pad--Outpost.com has always impressed me in their ability to deliver any product quickly and without hassle. Ordering at 11:55PM and having the item delivered before noon the next-day is an amazing feat for any online store.

While it is a shame that Outpost.com no longer offers free overnight shipping, the company's reputation has held up over the years. Trust the company to get the products you order to you fast and on-time.

I've had two successful dealings with Dell. Both were shipped--relatively--expediently and encountered no problems. One order was for a PDA and another was for a full laptop computer system. Both transactions went smoothly.
