BUYER BEWARE! My order was for a fortune 500 company. Realize that being a part of one of the world's largest and well-known companies, I will probably get treated much better than the average Joe.
Overall this company has horrible customer service, lousy record keeping, and awful shipping practices. Cross your fingers when you order that you wont need a return because they don't tell you this until after they ship you the product that it is non-returnable, making for a horrible return experience as well.
1. I placed the order on 12/17/10 (per the date on my invoice and confirmation email), yet they had no record of that. They incorrectly show 1/3/11, per my phone conversation with a very stubborn rep.
2. After my order had not arrived for 4 weeks, I purchased locally and cancelled via email. The sales Team Lead responded saying they already shipped. Yet the stubborn rep said she checked with the sales team and nobody had any record of my email (luckily I still had the response).
3. They told me they tried calling me multiple times, yet I only received one voicemail from them on 2/21/11 and never received another email (they obviously had the address). I carry my phone 24/7 as I am always on-call.
4. Only after I cancelled my order 4 weeks after placing it did I hear from the company (when their money became an issue).
5. Under their product terms there is no mention of the item being "non-cancellable".
6. The same product terms mentions delivery averages 7-15 days and that they "will advise" if there are delays and “Order shipment will be confirmed before the end of the next business day.” I heard nothing until I cancelled (when their money became an issue).
7. Product guarantee is useless! And says nothing about non-cancellability.
8.They have a 110% guarantee on their site that they refuse to acknowledge - I even sent them a link and a screenshot.
After all was said and done, 3 months later they agreed to give me my money back, less 25% restocking fee and the shipping charges...
Needless to say myself or the company I work for won't be doing business with them again. By investing the time into this I did I hope to save everyone else the royal headache and black-hole of time this has caused me.
