Ordered a product, in-stock, paid for 2-day air shipping because I needed this ASAP. A week later I still hadn't received my product then I found they charged me for expedited shipping then shipped it the free method.
Customer service was adequately helpful, but it took 1.5 (yes, 1.5) hours before I was able to speak with someone. They did refund the shipping charges since it would be illegal to charge me for something I didn't receive.
All-in-all this experience was pathetic and I'll definitely give another retailer a shot next time.

Ordered NextDay items and all shipped fast and arrived just as expected! Great prices as well! We will definitely be doing business again.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have sent request after request to support because their product did not work and have never heard anything back. This company just wants to take your money.

Just a few days after my purchase, on a credit card I had never used before this, I had a fraudulent charge of almost $5,000 in computer equipment!

If there was a zero star rating they would have it. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A FRAUD!

Horrible customer service! It took me an estimated 20 minutes to get an answer from customer service. Sure the wait time was estimated at 10 seconds, but then the wait time after reaching a rep is outrageous. I made a $1,000 purchase and got all the points for it (this was why I chose Buy.com) then found out that the points expire, no matter what I do. I'll just shop with ebay and newegg from now on!

Spoke with a customer service rep via chat for quite a while, who was very helpful I might add. However, I found Rancho RS9000XL shocks for $80 cheaper on 4wheelOnline.com. AutoAnything has a price match guarantee so I asked them to match the price and they wouldn't.
It turns out that the fine print states that it has to be from an authorized dealer while AutoAnything themselves aren't an authorized dealer. When have you ever seen an authorized dealer of anything have a cheaper price than a non-auth dealer??
They offered to give me 10% off, which was cool, but I figure if they dodge price matches and will turn away a $1200 customer pre-sale, then post-sale service will be horrible.

Ordered a PSU for an HP printer. Received it promptly and the unit had issues. The company was quick and eager to resolve the issue and customer service was pleasant to work with. Would definitely do business again!

Excellent company and great prices! After I received my order, I realized I ordered the wrong part. I emailed them to see what my options were as far as exchanging, even explained it was my fault. They took the wrong parts back without issue and sent me the correct parts at no charge to me, even though they were insignificantly more expensive.

Overall a great company to do business with and I will definitely do business again! Not to mention their low prices, which is why I chose them in the first place.

BUYER BEWARE! My order was for a fortune 500 company. Realize that being a part of one of the world's largest and well-known companies, I will probably get treated much better than the average Joe.

Overall this company has horrible customer service, lousy record keeping, and awful shipping practices. Cross your fingers when you order that you wont need a return because they don't tell you this until after they ship you the product that it is non-returnable, making for a horrible return experience as well.

1. I placed the order on 12/17/10 (per the date on my invoice and confirmation email), yet they had no record of that. They incorrectly show 1/3/11, per my phone conversation with a very stubborn rep.

2. After my order had not arrived for 4 weeks, I purchased locally and cancelled via email. The sales Team Lead responded saying they already shipped. Yet the stubborn rep said she checked with the sales team and nobody had any record of my email (luckily I still had the response).

3. They told me they tried calling me multiple times, yet I only received one voicemail from them on 2/21/11 and never received another email (they obviously had the address). I carry my phone 24/7 as I am always on-call.

4. Only after I cancelled my order 4 weeks after placing it did I hear from the company (when their money became an issue).

5. Under their product terms there is no mention of the item being "non-cancellable".

6. The same product terms mentions delivery averages 7-15 days and that they "will advise" if there are delays and “Order shipment will be confirmed before the end of the next business day.” I heard nothing until I cancelled (when their money became an issue).

7. Product guarantee is useless! And says nothing about non-cancellability.

8.They have a 110% guarantee on their site that they refuse to acknowledge - I even sent them a link and a screenshot.

After all was said and done, 3 months later they agreed to give me my money back, less 25% restocking fee and the shipping charges...

Needless to say myself or the company I work for won't be doing business with them again. By investing the time into this I did I hope to save everyone else the royal headache and black-hole of time this has caused me.
