Horrible company!
I ordered a card and some cables to go with it...when they shipped the card, it was missing a part, so I had to wait nearly a month before they sent the missing piece.
Now I understand that mistakes happen, and that's no big deal.
But what makes me angry is, after I waited a month for this part to come, when I finally installed the card I realized I'd ordered the wrong cables. The cables were unopened.
But ewiz wouldn't let me return them because it was a few days past the 30 days.
They care more about their "policy" then helping customers... even when they mess up!
