Well, it has now been just about a month since I ordered my glasses and still do not have them. The ship date on my order has changed several times, but now seems set on having shipped 1/28/12. I have been informed that the shipping date means the date it was shipped from Thailand to Gogglesu4, not actually shipped to me. After many "live chats" and several phone calls, you still have no idea where the glasses are. The last consensus appears that you are now blaming US customs for holding the order since the 31st of January. But you were getting right on it and sending an executive from your company today to clear them. I guess my question is how is that now MY problem, and why would you wait two weeks before attempting to solve the problem? I stated that I would have to make a claim through PayPal by the 15th (the 30 day past my order) and was begged, and I mean begged to wait until the 16th. The only logical explanation I can figure is that 1. That would put me past the 30 days & 2. PayPal is NOT happy with your company having so many claims put in for non delivery. Yes, I was offered a refund of the shipping charges ($4.95), but that still does not get me my glasses or any idea of when I will receive them. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.
