“I bought expensive binoculars from Antonline and they arrived having been opened, and used (there were fingerprints on the lenses). When I returned them, they charged me a 25% restocking fee, claiming that they were returned "incomplete". They arrived at me incomplete! How could I have possibly returned them complete? They have consistently refused to refund my money. I recommend avoiding dealing with this company.
