Really great, that's how I sum up my order. They are an honest place, when everyone else who had the Nikon 35mm 1.8 in stock was charging $30 MORE than asking, these guys had it for the right price. They shipped extremely fast, item was in perfect condition. With only 3 other reviews on here, I took a chance and Arlington did not let me down. Service was as good as BH, and that's saying something.

Awesome. Not much more to say. They got my cable I needed in 3 days from order date, Cali -> NY in 3 days. Not only that, the cable was 1/5th of the price of a similar HDMI -> DVI cable at Rat Shack. Monoprice rules.

As per usual, Buy.com does not ship items in the time frame they list. Each time I order from them, items take ages to actually ship, though they show in stock. I stupidly keep ordering from them, because occasionally they have a good deal on something. But I certainly am paying the price this time as I needed what I ordered for a trip on Sunday. I can pretty much forget that.

At this point, I am done with buy.com.

I placed an order for an item that was in stock on 1/17/2009, and found it finally shipped 2/2/2009. I realize that shipping from Hong Kong air post takes a while, but my order of "in stock" merchandise was sat on for 20+ days BEFORE being shipped?

If the items really aren't in stock, don't list it as such. If you have trouble getting something, LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW. Don't just leave us hanging, thinking our orders have been shipped. Now I'm going to have to wait another 15 days to get the item. All in all it will end up being more than a month. I'm sorry but that's unacceptable.

I doubt very much I would order from Dealextreme again. It's too bad because in the past they made good on a damaged item then sent me, and I thought they were a reasonable company.

Lousy. They show items in stock, then you place an order for it, and they never bother to tell you the item is back ordered and they have no idea when they are getting it back in stock. I would have been much less angry if they simply notified me either when I bought it (preferable), or when it "went to backorder". It's not fair when you expect something, and you're never told they don't have it.

I won't be buying from Meritline again.

Abysmal. This company accepts their own coupon codes at check out, then does not honor them. Codes they give out, that both work together according to their spam emails.

Calls to their customer service were unhelpful, I will not be buying from them again.

The service I received from Provantage on my purchase of an LCD monitor was fantastic. I bought the device, and unfortunately I could not produce a true white no matter how I calibrated it. I also found it to be overwhelmingly bright, and needed to return it for a refund.

Kathy was agent who helped me, and processed a hassle free return for me. To be honest I was shocked at how easy it was, and how understanding they were. I would be happy to use them again given such great service.

Customer service spoke to me further about this incident, and I appreciate them taking the time to do so. As I originally stated, I always liked Newegg, I was just upset about their free shipping method changing.

While I still feel it's a shame Newegg doesn't care enough to give decent free shipping methods like Amazon, Buy, and other competitors, instead we get the DHL, USPS horror loop.

I will now factor that into my buying decisions in the future, and I hope Newegg CS will be more prompt with their answers.
