A2Z Computers went above and beyond to solve a problem I had with an order placed back in November. Understand I was pretty frustrated at this point, I had been trying to contact them for several months and no one was answering the phone or returning my calls.
When I finally did receive a call back I learned the company had changed hands. The customer service person told me the new owners of A2Z where trying to clean up a few orders in there data base and as you can tell from my posting mind was one of them.
To be honest with you I had written this off to one of those bad internet experiences; I was surprised to receive a call from them.
The part I ordered was defective did not work. After talking with them they agreed to refund my money or replace the item.
Because I needed the item and could not find it on the web or anywhere else for that matter, asked them to send me the part. This is where things with most companies would have broken down. For starters other companies I have dealt with would not have called me they would have emailed me. They advised me the part was no longer available then offered several substitute parts. Turns out, I ended up with a processor that not only worked but cost less and was faster (1.7 GHz to a 2.6 GHz). Today I received their refund check for the difference in price.
I will definitely use A2Z the next time I need computer parts.
