Outstanding experience. They were backordered, but the shipment was delayed only a week. I would give the shipment packing a rating of 10 out of 10—as good as anything I've ever seen—minimal waste and everything was recyclable. Assembly took a bit longer than I expected, but understandable given the incredible construction of the hose reel. I would fully expect it to last well beyond the 10 year warranty period versus 1 to 2 years max on even the best plastic reels I have purchased at hardware store. Best of all, the reel rotates almost effortlessly—in fact they put a brake on the reel just to keep it from unraveling on its own.
