I called customer service and they even said I would be reimbursed the shipping and handling due to it taking more then 48 hours to receive a tracking number, and they never did. “We sincerely do apologize for the inconvenience in reference, please be advised that all of the items within your order were advertised as ships within a 24-48 hour time frame. In regards to your P&H refund our system has processed the reimbursement back to the original method of payment on 4/21/2012, we ask that you allow up to 2-5 business days in which the amount will be reflected on your account, you can also contact your financial institution if you wish to confirm.
