This company uses shady tactics to sell items that are not what they say they are.

I purchased the Deal of the Day bundled iPad 2 Case with Smart Cover (Black). After getting the order, it was missing the Smart Cover. I promptly contacted support minutes after getting my package but it took them days to get back with me.

They're response was that it doesn't come with the Smart Cover even though all over the search results, product landing page, order confirmation page, and email confirmation, it says with Smart Cover.

The only option I had was to ship it all back if it was all in it's original, resellable, packaging that had to be tore open to get to, which meant I was simply out of luck.
