UPDATE #2: Upgraded my review from 1 star to 2 stars, because I did finally received a replacement printer and battery today. So all of my issues are resolved, and I finally have everything I ordered... 5 days short of an entire MONTH after my order. They fixed it, but only after I complained to the BBB and buySAFE. Even then, it seemed like nobody in customer service knew what anyone else in customer service was doing. Before today, I had been promised "it's been shipped" or "it will ship" a few times, and "it will be refunded" twice. Too much hassle. Just buy from Adorama or B&H and you won't have to play games to get what you ordered.
UPDATE: Still no credit to my credit card for item not received. Still dealing with having the printer returned. I had to jump through hoops and open a claim with UPS to appease customer service to send it back to Abe's. Again, this place is HORRIBLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you buy from them, pray you get everything in your order and you don't have to deal with customer service for anything. They're always nice and courteous on the phone, but nothing EVER gets DONE about your problems.

I'm glad some of you are having good luck with Abe's, but my experience so far has been TERRIBLE. I would suggest anyone look elsewhere and not deal with these people EVER!
I ordered a 5D Mark III 24-105L kit, grip, extra battery, and a Pixma Pro 9000 Mark II on 7/15. Nearly $5k worth of gear. I ordered online, and promptly received an order confirmation. Well, 4 days go by... my card had not been charged, and I had no further communication from Abe's of Maine. I called customer service and was told my order would be charged and shipped within 24-48 hrs. Okay, fine. I received a new order confirmation email with my order date listed as 7/19, and a DIFFERENT order #. Everything on my order was correct, except for the fact that they ADDED my $15 discount code to the total, then gave me a $30 credit before the final price. Weird, but the total was the same for my gear, so no big deal. Then, later that night I received a shipping confirmation with yet ANOTHER invoice (same Order # as invoice 2 above) but somehow this one was different again. My LPE6 battery was missing, the $15 discount was ADDED again, but this time there was no $30 credit to make it right. Somehow my TOTAL stayed the same! So I was overcharged $15 by a discount code, and lost a battery in the deal, for the same price! Received my order on 7/23, and sure enough, no extra LPE6 in the box, but it gets better! My Pixma 9000 box had been smashed and re-taped. Not the outer shipping carton, but the INSIDE actual printer box. The outer carton was fine! Someone dropped/crushed it enough to break the styrofoam inside completely across the width of the box. Everything is intact it seems, but WOW! On top of all of this, the amount they reported to the click-through rebate site Mr Rebates that I ordered through, was reported as the amount WITHOUT the battery, but the amount I was charged on my credit card INCLUDED the battery. I've contacted customer service by phone and email, so we'll see how this all plays out. As for me, this has to be the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH AN ONLINE RETAILER, PERIOD! That's saying a lot, considering I order nearly everything I can online.
