After 9 weeks had passed I contacted Cymax Stores to find out the status of my order. I was informed that the order would take another 4 weeks of time. Finally, after 14-1\/2 weeks from the date of my order the shipment arrives at my home. As the mover is unloading the furniture I notice that the shelves are damages. I tell the delivery agent that I will not accept damaged merchandise. The next day I contact Cymax and tell them that I want a refund.
