Very dissatisfied! I've never had problems with my order before it seems as if something has changed dramatically with this company.I ordered a canon PGI 220 black cartridge and all the color cartridges that go with it. When I got the order 2 of the cartridges were cracked.(Poor Quality Product). I emailed to get replacements and got an automatic message that said , "Thank you for your inquiry, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please call us so we can handle this situation quickly and efficiently. Customer service can be reached toll free at 888-465-7765, Monday through Friday, 6am-6pm PST. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you Customer Support Team" and realized that obviously no one read what I wrote it seems like one of those pre written messages. It was just telling me to call them. Overall I sent a request to return the product but when I sent it back they never received it. It's been 30 days and they are blaming me for losing it, saying I never sent it back. I am very dissatisfied by the way I was treated and because I have still yet to get a response. I guess my money was just flushed down the toilet. Now overall I can't print what I need. It's ok because I'll find a new company that treats their customers right. Learn from my mistakes and don't just throw money away like I did. They use to be a good company. I don't know what happened. It seems like 123inkjets isn't interested in customer satisfaction any more. They just want our money.
