I just received my new Puget Systems computer and I couldn't be happier, both with the machine (which operated flawlessly out of the box and was astoundingly well packaged and organized) and the assistance provided by everyone I dealt with at Puget Systems (especially William George, my sales rep). I'd never ordered a computer online before and was frankly a little nervous about the whole process. But the experience I've had with Puget so far honestly couldn't be better. I must have changed my mind and sent them over a dozen emails asking all kinds of stupid questions before and after the sale, and every question I had was patiently and knowledgably answered. Given the support I've received so far, I have every reason to expect I will be equally well-treated in the event I have any problems or questions with the machine later. I spent more money than I would have if I'd gone with some other vendors or tried to build it myself, but so far the experence has more than made up for the difference in cost. There may be some other folks out there that do custom gaming computers as well as Puget, but you'd be hard pressed to find anybody who combines such attention to detail and quality with top-notch and respectful service. Five stars, all the way!
