I read the other reviews here and can't help but think they're talking about a different company. I had a special thing I needed and the woman who NOW owns the company could not have been more obliging and helpful. I believe she said she just took over the company. She jumped through way more hoops than someone selling me a computer at that price should.
One other thing to future readers: I am one of only a few people that will take the time to write a positive review when I've had a good experience. Most online reviews seem to be gripes when things don't turn out right. The result is a highly skewed view of a company as most satisfied customers will return, but not take the time I am to write this. However, Pam at Surplus Computers did so much for me, I felt an obligation to take the time to write this.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I am NOT in any way affiliated with them, or have any relatives or friends connected with them. I am a computer geek programmer and web developer in L.A. -- which is about 500 miles from Santa Clara.
