I ordered assorted items for a major bathroom renovation. Totally Furniture had very competitive prices. I ultimately chose Totally Furniture mainly because of various positive online reviews I read. Others had similar, and even slightly lower prices, but their reputations were subpar.

The stuff I ordered was shipped directly from the manufacturer. Very fast shipping. Some of the items arrived damaged. As you can imagine, I was not happy. This feeling disappeared, however, during my efforts to get everything resolved with Totally Furniture. They have a quote on their website: "Customer service is our #1 priority. We care about your needs! We seek to understand it and work with you toward meeting it." Well, in the end, they stuck by their word and everything worked out to my satisfaction. Was I extremely unhappy and frustrated about the damage? Absolutely. However, Totally Furniture's response made me a happy customer (responsive to my emails, with no delays). I recommend the company to anyone who is looking for very competitive prices and values customer service.
