Web site support is non-existent. I ordered CD jewel cases and trays and blank CDs. No one called or emailed to tell me the trays were sold out so I would order something different. I didn't find out until my second shipment arrived (yes, two shipments two days apart even though everything shipped from the same location)that I had no trays, so the jewel cases did me absolutly no good. Now the trays may not arrive in time to deliver the Christmas Concert CDs by Christmas. Every time I order from Polyline the past 6 years or so there is a problem. Either 20% the jewel cases in an order arrive broken or you get shipped something by accident then they won't issue a return authorizatin. I started ordering from Polyline in the 1980's when we used analog cassettes and ordered on the toll free phone line , they were good then, but I'm going to have to look for a new supplier.
