I was in need of (2) 2TB hard drives. I have Samsung drives and they have yet to fail me.

I own 2 of the ORIGINAL Samsung drives of this model number. These new drives are from SEAGATE. The reviews on the site are NOT representative of the new version since Seagate purchased Samsung HD division.
Newegg - you need to separate the old from the new. The great reviews from 2 years ago are for the original, BETTER drive. Not the POS that Seagate makes. If I had known these were Seagate, I would have not even bothered to order them.

I am not the only one. Your operator who took my call said she will get someone to look into separating the reviews. I also explained that I felt the restocking fee for either one of them was RIDICULOUS! She did not seem to care. I also explained I have ordered from Newegg for a while now, NO MORE. You lack of understanding and concern for the items you are peddling is insulting.

After this experience, I am taking my business elsewhere....
