I received a confirmation email that it had shipped. Two days later, I received my shippment. Instead of the Hauppauge!1081 WinTV-PVR 500 MCE White box, I received 2 Dynatron Thermal Heatsinks w\/ fan. Needless to say, I was not happy.<br><br>I called Digitally Unique that minuet and Customer Service asked me to fill out a RMA form and they would respond within 48 hours.<br><br>I sent the RMA online: Thu, 16 Jun 2005 14:47:55.<br><br>I received a reply by Digitally Unique\u0027s Operations Manager Tom Haugen: Thu, 16 Jun 2005 17:53:39<br><br>That is correct! Tom replyed 3 hours later!<br><br>What else can I say...?<br><br>How about.... Tom was in contact with me directly every step of the way to fix the mistake. Digitally Unique rushed the correct order Next Day Air.<br><br>Digitally Unique mistakenly sent me an extra Hauppauge!1081 WinTV-PVR 500 MCE White box via 2nd day air too. I contacted Tom and he did some research and found the error.<br><br>Tom treated me with professional respect and class. I thought about buying the extra PVR card for my next build, but I decided to wait and return the extra PVR card.<br><br>I am in the middle of my next build now...<br><br>Would I order from Digitally Unique again?
